Watch your thoughts they become destiny

One of the best reminders I received today:

"Watch your thoughts they become destiny" - Lao Tsu.

Your life is the sum of all that you have been thinking about for years. Change your thoughts and your life will change for the better, instantly! You must think positively if you want to attract positive energy into your life. Negativity attracts negative experiences, so be kind to yourself and others around you by always sending out positive vibes and messages with every encounter with another human being or animal on earth. When your mind is clear and focused on thoughts of love, peace, harmony and joy; then that's exactly what comes into your life!

Watch your thoughts they become words.

The processing system of our life is our brains.  This is where the battleground of daily decision-making happens.  The thoughts are processed ideas we create from our minds.   So whatever we put in our mind that what comes out.  I remember the first in-first-out process that was embedded into my brain when I worked as a warehouseman back when I was in high school.  What comes out of the room is what I have inputted when the delivery comes.  On our daily interaction with people, we are surrounded by millions of stimuli which affects our thoughts from responding.  Remember whatever we thought they become words.

Words have power. They can be used to build or destroy. If you are thinking about something negative, it will come out in your words and if you are thinking about something positive, it will come out in your words as well!

Watch your words, they become actions.

When I heard about this principle, I immediately thought of one pastor in our church said, "what you think is what action you take".  True to his statement, when we process thoughts from what we believe this is the practice that we deliver on our daily actions.  Do you recall my work as a warehouseman, we have the rule to practice the first-in-first-out rule at work.  Since I believe that this is the best practice, this is what I deliver.  So every time there is a request for one Item, I will need to make sure that I have to pull out the stocks that have an earlier date.

  • Watch your words, they become actions.

  • What you say is important and how you say it is even more so.

  • You must learn to control your actions as well as thoughts, words and deeds.

  • The way we react to others tells them a lot about who we are and what kind of person we want them to think we are (or don't). It's all about attitude!

Watch your actions, they become habits.

I worked in a graveyard schedule for 3 years before I was moved to a day-shift schedule.  During those schedules, I had a hard time sleeping and ended up taking sleeping pills to give some push to the bed.  But that did not give me a good effect to my body.  Years of battling this condition, I discover a habit of ripping my muscle in the gym before going to bed.  So after a few days of repeating punches on the sandbag and lifting heavy dumbells, I discover that this had helped me overcome my difficulty in sleeping during the day.  It became my habit for several years while working at night.  It did not just give me a healthy lifestyle it has to boost my energy while staying up during the shift.

Habits are the key to your success.

The first step in creating good habits is identifying what you want to change, then taking action. If you're trying to lose weight and become more active, start by setting small goals for yourself--the smaller the better! Once those become routine set new ones and work towards achieving them as well. Good luck!

Watch your habits, they become your character.

When I was growing up, I always have the first impulse of sharing what I have to other people in need even if how small it is.  At the early age of thirteen, I know how to cook. I remember one time, I cooked our dinner food for the whole family and set aside some for our neighbor.  So I put some stuff on another plate and some to another.  But I did not know that there was nothing left on the pan.  When I gave the other plate to our neighbor the other plate of food for our family was not sufficient anymore.  My sister got mad at me that they need to open can goods for themselves that night.
  • Watch your habits, they become your character.

  • Habits are hard to break and form.

  • They can be good or bad, depending on the situation.

  • You learn from watching others and copying what they do

Be mindful of how you think and act because those are the building blocks of who you are and where you'll end up in life

When you think about it, your thoughts are the building blocks of who you are and where you'll end up in life. The same can be said for your actions. If you think and act in a way that's positive, then those thoughts and actions will lead to positive outcomes. However, if you constantly dwell on negative things or do things with malicious intent (not just towards others but also yourself), then those negative thoughts and actions will have negative results on both your mental health as well as the outcome of events around them--including how people perceive them when interacting with them!

This is why it's so important not only for us as individuals but also society at large: We need more mindful people out there doing good deeds instead of bad ones!

Conclusion

As you can see, our thoughts are a powerful force that can shape our future. But the good news is that they're also completely within your control! The next time you find yourself thinking negative thoughts or doing something wrong, remember that all it takes is one positive thought or action to change everything. So if there's anything at all that comes up in this article that resonates with what's going on in your life right now--whether it be a problem or opportunity--take advantage of it! You may not know where exactly this new perspective will take us but I promise we'll all be better off when we get there together
